To turn a derelict old water pumping station
into a modern 4 bedroom house.

Our client was looking to turn a derelict empty shell into a 4 bedroom house, including 1 ensuite to master bedroom, 1 main bathroom and downstairs cloakroom, together with an open plan kitchen/front room.

The project required new mains water, electric and drainage to the property. A completely new inner shell was created to allow for much needed insulation. The existing roof tiles were removed and kept for renewal and the roof was re configured with roof light windows and dormers to create more upstairs living room.

This was a thoroughly enjoyable project from start to finish using many of the old features balanced with new to give a contemporary look.
