Construction of new 2 storey extension
situated on the side of a thatched cottage in Preston Crowmarsh, consisting of 2 bedrooms with 1 en-suite, sitting room and utility room/
cloak room.
Removal and disposal of garden building.
Construction of new 2 storey extension including
1.5 storey link to existing thatched cottage.
On completion knock-through to existing cottage.
Fit utility/cloak room and en-suite sanitary ware.
Fit all wall and floor coverings.
Reinstate drive and patio area.
JOB DURATION – 4 MONTHS
Absolutely faultless...
Our project wasn't straight forward – putting a large extension on the side of our old thatched cottage with differing floor and ceiling levels and the linking part of the extension having to drop below the existing thatch etc.
It wasn't going to be easy, but nothing was too much trouble. I work from home so was on-site the whole time and it really was a delight to have the guys here and see the project progress. The finished result is just amazing, we're so pleased with it.
