Contemporary two-storey rear extension
in Brightwell-Cum-Sotwell, Oxfordshire.
Extension included a downstairs summer room with sliding bi-fold doors,
large gable window and under floor heating.
Upstairs included a master bedroom with a contemporary window and
Velux roof lights. A new ensuite was fitted adjacent to the bedroom.
Removal and disposal of existing conservatory.
Construction of new 2 storey extension to the rear of the existing property.
JOB DURATION – 4 MONTHS

Steve Ham and team built us a fabulous extension this summer. Steve and his team were always very friendly (especially with our 3 young children), punctual, and approachable. They kept the disruption of having a two story extension to a minimum and left the house and garden tidy every day. Their quality of work was superb and were very adaptable to changes and took on board our comment and suggestions. Steve and his team are a credit to the Building profession and, despite this being the third time Steve has done work for us, we would be very happy to use him again.
